Delivery and refund policy

 Shipping in the UK is 7-10 days. If you need an order any quicker, please contact me on ilmahkids@hotmail.com and I will do my best to help you out!

Personalised orders may take slightly longer.

If you do not live in the UK and would like to place an order, lease email me at ilmahkids@hotmail.com and I can give you a price for shipping.

Royal Mail advises the following shipping times:

1st Class- up to 5 days.

International Standard- up to 10 days.

Please do let me know if your package hasn’t arrived after these times.

In the unfortunate event that an item is faulty then you have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item also needs to have the proof of purchase.

Please note I cannot accept returns of digital download products.

Once I receive your item, I will inspect it and notify you that I have received your returned item. I will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, I will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Please note that if you have paid by Paypal it can take a while for refunds to arrive in your account.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
