When you make payment you are accepting the following terms.

Please read the description for each product thoroughly and then place your order

Turnaround for products is usually around five working days from when the order was placed, except for busy periods or when a PRE ORDER has been placed

Proof of postage is always obtained. Royal Mail do not consider an item lost before 15 working days have passed. Please leave at least this much time from your dispatch email to get in touch.

Any personal information that is shared with Ilmah Kids  is used solely for the purpose intended and only shared with the relevant companies to make sure you receive your items.
